Day 1:Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding
Take a 30–35 minute flight from Kathmandu or Ramechhap to Lukla (2,840m). Trek 3–4 hours (8 km) along the scenic Dudh Koshi River on an easy trail. Enjoy a gentle start and stay overnight in Phakding (2,610m).
Day 2:Phakding to Namche bazar
Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) takes 6–7 hours over 10–12 km. Cross scenic suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Bridge, and pass through the Sagarmatha National Park checkpoint at Monjo. Stay overnight in Namche.
Day 3:Acclimatization Day in Namche (3,440m)

Day 4: Namche to Tengboche
Trek 5–6 hours from Namche to Tengboche (3,860m) through rhododendron forests with stunning mountain views. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery and enjoy a breathtaking sunset with views of Everest. Overnight stay in a teahouse at Tengboche.
Day 5:Tengboche to Dingboche

Day 6:Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Day 7:Dingboche to Chukhung
Trek 2–3 hours to Chukhung, a short but high-altitude hike. Use the day to rest and acclimatize while preparing for the challenging Kongma La Pass ahead. Stay overnight in Chukhung to recover and gain strength.
Day 8:Cross Kongma La Pass to Lobuche

Day 9:Trek to Gorak Shep (5,164m) & Everest Base Camp
Trek 7–8 hours to Gorak Shep (5,164m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m). At EBC, see stunning views of Everest, Nuptse, and Lhotse. Return to Gorak Shep for overnight stay, acclimatizing at high altitude.

Cross the scenic Renjo La Pass (5,360m) to Lungden (4,380m) in a 6–8 hour trek. This less-traveled route offers breathtaking views of Everest, Makalu, and surrounding peaks. Enjoy a peaceful, remote descent to Lungden for overnight stay.
Day 15:Lungden to Thame (3,800m)
Trek 5 hours from Lungden to Thame (3,800m) through quiet trails and traditional Sherpa villages. Visit the historic Thame Monastery, one of the oldest in the region. Enjoy cultural insights and mountain views. Overnight stay in Thame.
Day 16:Thame to Namche Bazaar
Trek 4–5 hours from Thame to Namche Bazaar along a scenic, gradual trail. Return to the comforts of Namche—enjoy bakeries, cafés, and Wi-Fi. A great place to rest, recharge, and reflect. Overnight stay in Namche.
Day 17:Namche to Lukla
Trek 6–7 hours from Namche to Lukla, descending through forests, villages, and suspension bridges. This marks the end of your Everest trek. Celebrate your journey and rest overnight in Lukla before the flight back.
Day 18:Fly Lukla to Kathmandu or Ramechhap
On Day 18, take a morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu or Ramechhap. If flying to Ramechhap, enjoy a scenic drive of about 3–4 hours to Kathmandu. This marks the end of your trekking adventure. Upon arrival, check into your hotel in Kathmandu to relax and recover. Use this time to rest or explore the city before your onward journey or departure.
Day 19-21: Buffer Days / Kathmandu Sightseeing / Weather Delays
Days 19–21 are reserved as buffer days to accommodate possible weather-related flight delays from Lukla or for additional rest due to altitude. If not needed for delays, use this time to explore the cultural richness of Kathmandu Valley. Optional sightseeing includes visiting historic cities like Bhaktapur and Patan, or iconic sites such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple. These extra days ensure flexibility in your itinerary while offering a chance to unwind and experience Nepal’s unique heritage before departure.
